All goods purchased from our store (physical or online) are generally covered by a 1-year warranty (unless stated otherwise). The warranty shall cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship.
Areas not covered by our warranty
We do not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose.
We also do not cover wear and tear on tires, inner tubes, brakes, brake and gear cables, brake pads, chain rings, chains, cassettes, rims, etc.
Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty.
Non Transferrable warranty
Warranty is non transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.
Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.
Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered.
If a repair/replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (colour may vary).
How to claim a warranty
If you feel that the item you've purchased has developed a fault, do bring it in to our store for inspection, or contact us at email@example.com.
Should you decide to mail the item to us rather than carry it to our store, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned products in transit to our store. We recommend insuring shipments.
